    I've been lifting for about 2 years, three years off and on, I know what your thinking if my diet is in check and I'm lifting properly i should have a lot of natural growth left, I train BJJ 3 times a week and box 2-3 times a week, and i believe as a result i'm having a very difficult time gaining weight.     I have no cycle experience this would be my first, PCT and estrogen control is my biggest concern it has been the most confusing part of all of this, I've read Pheendo's and Anthony Robert's PCT and came up with this but some actual real time assistance would be great.

    Goals for this cycle are mass and strength gains
    yeah youll gain loads off your first cycle so save the proviron.

    hcg is ok but i think its overkill for your first, you should bounce back fine with the nolva. if anything you could run an ai like arimadex or letro to keep gyno in check. however nolva usually does the trick as far as gyno is concerned.
