Kimbo sucks, his last fight against that big English dude was a joke. The ref should have called that fight when Kimbo was defenseless on the ground getting pummelled, but they didn't cause they wanted Kimbo to win, obviously. Then next round, Kimbo punches the dude's bloody ear and ref instantly stops it. It's a joke. Kimbo is a useless fighter who should stick to the backyard and fight other ex-cons and they can whipe each other out.

Elite XC just pumps him up cause he's the only marketable thing they have going for them so far and the crowd loves it. He sucks.

Probably pretty decent. so now people bet on Seth, Kimbo throws the fight and the payout is big $$. if Kimbo was fighting a better fighter the odds would be closer or he would be an under dog and would have less reason to throw it

kimbo didnt throw the fight he went in for a heavy blow and that kick knocked him off balance and the guy landed a bunch of hits in a short period of time and the ref has to call the fight. it could have went either way if it went any period of time longer that what it did.

Here's facts in my mind..."lucky shot" can't really be used when it has to do with some one who dove in from a far distance with his hands down and his jaw not tucked. He gave an invitation and some one took it.

Everyone will get knocked out once in a while... no one is perfect. But he did not get this in a heated exchange or a small window left open in a tight tactical fight. No this was him being inexperienced and not punching right or even knowing when you shoudl and shouldn't try to punch some one for that matter.

I think what you are talking about was when Kimbo fought the cop named Gannon. And if I remember the rules were laid down by Kimbos crew saying, no take downs and no kicking. Well a knee is not kicking so Gannon got of about three knees real quick and Kimbos crew blew up say that Gannon was breaking the rules. They broke them up and they started again and this is when Kimbo got punched up against the wall and then tried the take down. I talked to Gannon a few days after the fight and he had broke, I think, his hand and he had fractures in his face.

As I have stated in previous threads... it's not considered "lucky" shot when you drop your hands and put your chin out and then lunge foward head first. That is called bad form and not covering up. If it were a lucky shot it would be more of kimbo protecting himself while he punches like you should and the kid still managing to get 1 punch through it....that's not the case.
