Diet?
when buliking thats a no brainer "eat everything you can get your hands on..period" esp at his weight and age,he'll burn it off as he is eating it.
500mg for 16 weeks,is nothing,even as a first "cycle"if you think it is you need to do some research yourself,or ask yourself what your own goals are and what your willing to do to attain then!
well i can gain 15-20lbs on a 12 weeker @ 500mgs per week and that suits me fine.
your telling me a 16-17-18 weeker will yiled 30-40lbs?
i dont think so bro.
now imo one needs to give the receperters a rest now and then and by running long cycles like you sergest one will just have to up the mg per week the longer the cycle runs.
the longer one runs more and more gear is needed and gains slow down.
i like too do 1 12-14 week out right bulker (long ester) and one cutter (short ester per year .
this give me year after year gains that i like .
i wouldent like to do a long 20+ weeker then stop and gain nout natty ,no thank you,i lwould like to keep my gains comeing year after year.
whats something else i could add to my diet that could dramatically increase my calories? what are some favorites

let me answer these statements in order
1,your 15-20 lbs in your 12 week cycle is most likely 98% water weight,i'll give you 2lbs lean mass assuming your diet was strict and I dont mean dieting i mean strict as in 10 chicken breasts,x amout of fish and meat a day along with proper fats and carbs
2.tell me where I said you will gain 30-40lbs on a "16-17-18 week cycle"thats ridiculous,if one did they would have sever hypertension most likely
3,give receptors a break?? thats the old way of thinking,its a proven fact that ALL cells (receptors) die off and regenerate every 30 days or so,so they dont need a "break"
4.more gear isnt needed the longer you run a cycle,you need to eat more and train harder.its only the foolish and uneducated that think once gains stop they need more gear.if you were to gain 20lbs and continued to eat and train the same way you did to get thoe 20lbs ofcourse you wont gain anymore,yes adding gear will help but the right way to do it is to increase calories and training
5. 1 bulking cycle and 1 cutting cycle???? your diet dictates weather your cutting or bulking,drug compound has nothing to do with it,again.old way of thinking
6,"year after year gains",your obviously not gonna gain 20lbs a yr for 20yrs at some point you reach your potential size wise and then its just a matter of quality over quanity. you can put two guys next to each other that both weigh 250lbs and have two completely looking physiques.
7,continuos cycles will have your gains coming more steady,without staying on like I have i would never be able to bench 500+ for reps..etc it wasnt until i was into my 2nd yr that my stregnth really really kicked in.

so does it just all come down to personal preferance when it comes to first cycle? as long as you do your research..
and also.. when you guys think of a bulking cycle.. how many pounds do you actually think of adding?
