    Very nice bro, hows your skin holding up though? I bet hitting a peak like that did some damage.

    I'd be intersted in knowing this too. I"m 41 and dropped a quick 30 from 285 to 255 early this year, down to 235 presently and no skin sagging at all. Not sure how my gut will look at 10% bf but so far so good!
