well, if you want constructive criticism and not feel good BS your calves are behind your upper body in development. Try the seated leg press rolling the balls of your feet with your legs extended at heavy weight, like standing up on your toes with your heals off the bottom of the plate you push on. or the rotary calf machine

dude that thing is worthless.....doing the whole stack injures me....and doing less i can do 75+ reps......crappy crappy machine....i used it today actually, just cuz i was bein lazy and didn't wanna go back downstairs though and it's light calf day
