I'm 5'8" and at that time i weight around 165 pounds and i'd guess around 25 percent body fat. I started lifting and bulking up i got up to around 185 at 20% bf. I then decided to trim down for the summer so I started to mix in my cardio and I switched up my workout. I dropped to around 172ish and i have no idea on the bf%. I'm back to bulking up right now. Last night I weighed in at 198.6 at 20% bf. I'd like to get up to 210 and then trim down to 12% bf. I'm completely new here so I decided to start here by showing you guys what i look like and getting some opinions from you all. I wish i had some good before pics but i didn't take any at the time. I took some pics last night to post. I guess what i'm looking for is suggestions and opinions - what are my strong points, what should I work on. Anyway, enough rambling. Here are my pics.

    Thanks for your time!

when i first started a year ago my max bench was about 170ish, I can put up 240 for a 1rm right now. I prefer using db's though, i use the 90's and do sets of 8.

also i've had bad knees for quite a while, i've been working slowly to strengthen the muscles around them and slowly get back into squatting. About 5 months ago my max squat was 250. Last week I put up 335 8 times, i'm guessing my 1rm to be around 400.
