    Not to sound like a pest but why a bar?? Why not real food?

    I don't have the time to cook a lot of times. Plus I need something while I am at work. I can't take a break and get a full meal so I figure this would be better than nothing.

    Plan ahead... Cook all your (especially lunches) you'll need for the week ahead of time and take them with you pre-made... I'm in school now and I carry 4 meals with me to get me through day as I'm on campus all day...

    Diet is 80% of your gains, so make it count!

    I'm a big fan of EAS myoplex bars. They come in low carb options too. I'd recommend them...
