    ok, lets throw out everything you just said because you are on the right track, but the information is wrong. Caffeine causes vasoconstriction. Here is a good explanation of what that means http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vasoconstriction . no its not permanent, yes you will get it from all stimulants.
