yea Sampson it gets annoying as crap having to listen to that sound but luckily it only happens to me occasionally so its not too bad

It is directly related to nutrition (a lack of somewhere) in your diet. I get these spasms as well. I have had them in my eye brow, delt, you name it. I don't pay much attention to it. I take a lot of diff vitamins as well so that is not the answer.

Same for me as well... The spasms seem to be more frequent for me on cycle as I've been having 3-5 everyday lately in different places... So far today I've had them in my left delt, both sides of my abs at different times, and at the base of my neck (trap tie in) on the left side... Nothing painful just strange...
