jiggaman might be onto something as well as other with diet.
Don't over train (which can mean not enough rest days or to much training per workout)
I workout 3 days a week: MON WED FRI
I workout for 45 min in the AM and 45 min in the PM, i have 4 rest days. I sleep for almost 9 hours a night.
Lookinto DC training if you have no idea how to cut down your workout time, its philosophy is "less can be more".
