Kats i've applied for a fitness trainer in a the classiest, most expensive gym in the city. I need that job. If they reject me i'm going there personally and talk to who ever hires people and tell hom look i know more about BB that any of those, let me show you. I'll work for free 2 weeks. If my duty i not better done and trainees are not more statisfied i'll go. I need that job. Its where i belong. I fight for it. I'll be persistent until i get that job.

You cook the meat, chicken, potatoes or whatever and then what?
You freeze it and then defroze it in the microwave? Or you just let it in the fridge?
