I wish I started off at 250mg/wk, not 500mg/wk. That way I may not have encountered acne and other sides associated with higher dosages.
250mg/wk will provide steady keepable gains and less water retention than 500mg/wk. You may only gain 10-15lbs on 250mg/wk, but you will keep alot more, given your PCT/diet are on track.
