I got 10 weeks, the log is up in the member cycle log section.

last time a emergency doc suggested some yoga for my anxiety. i exp,ian it to my shrink and he laghted so hard. he told me do it, it won't harm, and you'l get to sozialize with very different kind of people you're not used. but anxiety requires treatment, that is meds and therapy. not some sa ta na ma lol.
