Black and Decker Rice Cooker Plus. I got it at Wal-Mart a little over a year ago and I am impressed with it to date. It was cheap, around $20, and does a good job a cooking a decent amount of rice. I have found, however, that it always burns the rice on the bottom a little bit.

The design of mine (handles, lid, buttons) are slightly different but you get the idea.

Burn may have been a bad word to use. The rice on the bottom is still edible so I'll say that it is just cooked a little better.
