you will get far more out of your cycle shooting eod vs 2 times week
but im sure you don't have enough gear to shoot eod for 10 weeks do you?

If he's got enough gear for ten wks at 500mg wk it won't make any difference to his gains or sides wether he shoots 500mg in one shot a week or 100mg 5 shots a wk, thats a fact.

Erm, no that wasn't the point i was making but if thats what you want to believe thats fine by me mate.

If you have a 20-cc bottle, sometimes it will have a bit extra in it and you'll get an extra shot or two in it. 10 weeks is OK, and many people recommend EOD w/ Sust. But if you go that route, the cycle will be even shorter. It's probably best to stick with the 2X a week for 10.

Another reason for shooting EOD is if this is not your first cycle. Just starting out, a milder cycle isn't the worst idea.
