    I would suspect hypertension to be a likely candidate for your problem. However, there can be many reasons why its happening.

    not quite sure how you are coming up with that jigga....I see people with HTN on a daily basis and numbness and tingling in hands is NOT their primary, or secondary complaints...

    maybe after they have a stroke...

    Id say its anxiety related...

    Believe it or not, it could be from just the arm muscles growing and pressing against the ulnar nerve.

    Be careful you're not doing anything with repetitive motion that could cause carpal tunnel. Move the arm around and it should be OK.

    Can't hurt to check blood pressure, especially if you're retaining water.
