23yo, 5"10, 145 pounds, 14%bf Started training 5 years ago though on and off semi committed, begun taking it serious 2 years ago once i commenced MMA training, diet try to take in 280g of Protein with 200 carbs and 60 fats daily, however been half arsed on the diet last 3 months cause of work and training, etc but planning on getting diet back into shape before i commence with the juice
Yeah i was thinking 30 is more then enough of dbols for a first cycle, but had to buy in bulk so yeah, but ill stick with 30 definitely 3 times a day breakfast before gym and night or just space em out evenly through out day
