    20....and i try to eat about 2500 calories a day with meals and protein shakes .... i usually eat a couple eggs for breakfast, then a shake, workout, then another shake, then usually tuna fish sandwich, dinner, and a shake before bed. Should i be doing something different?

    And there lies the problem, you need to add about 2000 more cals, then you'll start to see the gains.
