I been logging my weights and main sets. Goal is to beat them every week with either more weight or reps. Helps keep my intensity up when i am feeling like a slacker.

Quick question. When pinning my quad today I put it in aspirated, injected then pulled it back out and think I nicked a vein on the way out cause I had one pretty good size drop of blood come out when the needle was out and it seems slightly blue. Probably not a serious problem I guess

Nope, Going though the vein is fine. You just dont want to inject into it.

Sounds funny and I'm not that big but its hard to reach around my body and inject certain points. Even quads are difficult. Still doing it two handed btw

I've had the same happen to me. I doubt you nicked it good, or the blood would pour. Been there, done that. Did you apply pressure? You may have a painful little bruise/bump there for a while if it bleeds some under the skin.

I prefer quads. Easy to see and inject properly.

Np. I had the same thing happen to me when i was new. I stuck in, pulled out and a stream of blood shot out of my delt ! Thank god i was in the bathroom as blood went all over the tub. Talk about scaring the $hit out of yourself.

lol i have gotten the leg shake as well.

I remember the very first time, my hands were shaking so much i was afraid i was going to miss my quad! Then when i did poke it i did it so light that i didnt even break the skin Ahhh the noob days.

I've heard some theory that your body craves certain foods because it needs the nutrients or whatever in those foods. Clearly you are not getting enough sugar and food coloring in your diet.

I would love to think that is the only reason I have craving, but I think being a female has something to do with it too, our hormones are always crazy
