I'm trying to understand your split. I thought about doing twice a week bodypart, but I thought that would be overtraining.
So it looks like:
Mon - Chest, Shoulders, calves sets are : 12, 8, 6 respectivley
Tues - Back, hams, triceps 12, 8, 8
Wed - quads, traps, biceps 12, 4, 8
Thurs - Repeat....
But how do you break it up into 2 workouts per day? Do you do Chest and calves in the AM and Shoulders in PM , Back in AM and Ham and Triceps in PM, Quads and Traps in AM and Biceps in PM?
When do you do ABS and how often?
