sure... ppl do winny cycles and d-bol cycles. but when compared to a Test/winny cycle, the gains are no where near what they could be.
plus maybe your friends diet and training are good.
you just admitted your diet sucks
so why waste money on gear that wont give you the results you want cuz your slacking in the diet part??
well good luck with whatever decision you make, not tellin you its the best thing to do but if you decide to dont take 100 ed,, do max of 50ed for 6 weeks. Split it up and take it like every 6 hours or so. Maybe like 10mgs 4 times a day to start for the first couple weeks. Id get some stuff for your joints like glucosamine and start takin it today cause they tend to dry out on winny.
PCT is up to you but i personally wouldnt worry about it.
