easy smoke just wondering why your rep range is up to 20 this is endurance training in imo surely you'd be better adding more weight(can't believe i just said that to a guy who hits 375 20 times!!) and do 6-10 reps? do you have a reason for the high reps? is this what works best for you?
i'm asking because i'm always looking to different routines and opinions
