    easy smoke just wondering why your rep range is up to 20 this is endurance training in imo surely you'd be better adding more weight(can't believe i just said that to a guy who hits 375 20 times!!) and do 6-10 reps? do you have a reason for the high reps? is this what works best for you?
    i'm asking because i'm always looking to different routines and opinions
    by the way bro you're looking massive fcuk the haters it's easier to hate than to challenge

    Yeah man , Higher reps gets me HUGE for some reason. Heavy weight low reps works as well but IMO if you want solid looking muscle, go high reps minimum I do is 15 reps.
