post up your diet....get that in before stickin yourself. why do a cycle that won't get the results that it should...eat!! then drink your gear with your milk. lol

I eat Chicken/steak/rice
Veggies.
No soda.
No dessert.
Whole wheat breads.
Fruits.
I cant wait to start. iam thinking ill hit 185.. hopefully
My buddy said first week he is going to hit me up with 500mg just to shock the body. then continue with 250 and in last weeks when i start peaking hit up 500 again. He said by 4th to 5 th week i should start seeing really noticeable results.
