lol had a kick ass night at the gym, been a month now at the powerlifting gym and im getting some progress on my squat, it blows hard, but i ended up doing 525, my form was horid, still is but not as bad as before.

I'm jealous, I love water parks.
I go ride the ghetto water slides at the beach near-by sometimes. They're actually quite dangerous and scary. They have curvy ones that are normal and fun. Then there are two extreme ones...like a str8 shot down and pretty tall with humps in them. If you ride them normal you just get a little bit of a weightless feeling when you go over the humps. If you wrap yourself in the mat like a taco you can carry enough speed to launch off the slide. I saw a kid that worked there get like 4 ft of air off the slide, land back on the slide and do it again. I probably got a foot airborne once, but imagine if you didn't come back down on the slide and jumped the track.

they just built this one and its like a 3 million dollar indoor water park attached to a ski lodge.
