    who kept there gains with standard pct like clomid & nolva??? also see my pct??

    who has kept most of there gains with a standard pct like clomis & nolva what was your dosage....?? how vital is hcg??

    was going to run my pct like this....

    clomid 50/50/25/25
    nolva 40/40/20/20

    this s my cycle only 2 weeks in....

    test e 1-12 500mg
    dbol 1-4 35ed
    var 7- right up to pct 60ed
    prov 1- right up to pct 50ed

    is my pct any good for this cycle......?

    Your PCT is fine, HCG can help give you a kick start to PCT, but it's not absolutely vital.
    Gains kept after PCT (less water weight) are down to a continued good diet and training.

    thanks bud... i guess i get a little kick start with the prov right up to pct aswell?? so that should help a little...

    You could run prov into PCT, this can help with libido issues, though aromasin would be a better option if that was the reason for using it.

    I agree with you lats! Before i ever knew what PCT was i would come off of cycle and just get in my protein/cals and then train 4 sometimes 5 days/week.
    It worked decent and i kept some gains. Staying in the gym is key though. This allows for your muscles to develope memory from all natty workouts.
