So if you want to do 500mg a week or near enough and shoot EOD you need to shoot a bit over half a cc EOD. If you do the math and work on the fact you will shoot on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun, Tue, Thur, Sat that works out to approx 142mg per shot. So given you have 250mg/ml then thats a tad over 1/2 ml (or cc, they are the same thing) per shot.
