Both quads at once, huh? If that gear has high ba or something and is going to cause a lot of post injection pain or swelling you'll find out the first week. It's best IMO to shoot one quad for your first to find out... it's easier to limp on one leg than sit on a swollen ass, or not be able to move your arm, etc.

so if i frontloaded this first week with 750mg, then continue with 500/wk after this as usual, how long do you think it would take to kick in? i'm guessing two weeks...?

I wouldn't do it until I was running out of good spots. I don't even want to do delts. I got shanked by some idiot nurse in the shoulder when I was a kid and have a lasting special dislike for shoulder injections.
