agree .. to be honest i rarely flat bench.. think its more of an ego thing.. cant really explain it.. just think there are better ways to hit the chest then bench.

I think it has more to do with movement itself than how much it works chest. Its a power movement like squats. Squats work a lot more than the quads. Same thing with barbell bench. Heavy power movements are a way to increase test levels naturally supposedly.
