good luck with the training. It was hard for me this time. By the way I have just started doing cardio workout. I was eating 7-8 meals of JUNK food only(burgers w/cheese, lots of fries, all kind of buffets etc...) and everything was double-triple the size of a normal meal in my first couple of pics. Since then I haven't had a cheat meal.
