    F*ck i'm having a retarded convo with a friend of mine (who's going to school to become a personal trainer, just starting) about diet. I wonder why people talk if they don't research things, it pisses me off. He's trying to tell me all fat is bad...So I tricked him and said "Yeah, for snacks I stick to healthy stuff like almonds and peanut butter" and he replied "Yeah, those are really good for you". Then I pissed in his face cause those are pure fat and he's stupid. He stuttered and said "there's no fat in those! Fat's bad for you". I told him to read before he talks and ended the convo.
