The "Misc" is one of the cest pools of the internet. If you've never seen 4chan, the misc is like 4chan, except some of their members workout.
No one is taken seriously there and when outrageous claims are made, they are usually ignored as well. When this member was saying he was going to end his life (for the second or third time) no one believed him. But yeah, for quality of people you probably can't find a worse place.
It was sad to see a young kid take his life, I think maybe if he got into some kind of treatment he could of turned it around. From the note, it looks like he needed some guidance.
