first injection today bad experience

No thats not the problem mate, you just need to push the needle on properly.

I've never had a problem with the push ons, like lats said, as long as you push the pin on tight enough its fine, and another thing is if you get a slightest bit of the gear on the outside of the bit the pin goes on, then the pin will have trouble staying on, but that shouldnt happen anyway

No thats not the problem mate, you just need to push the needle on properly.

He might have pushed the syringe too hard, but if he had the luer locking syringes, then this would not have happend.....so it might not have been his problem, but this is the exact solution for his problem....
