Next Sunday i'll start operation cut...i don't wanna cut but i wanan go from my actuall 20 to some 12 or 10. I should take me more than 2 months cos im a skinny bitch that has been eating too much calories (good ones) PLUS lots of trash food in the last months.
Cos im an ecto i though of doing a lean bulk kind of diet (you know pro fat, pro carb meals) and WO 7 days a week. 4 days lifting for 8-12 reps range and the other 3 low intensity 45 mins cardio. all the supplement i'll take will be l-carnitine, l glutamine+BCAAS and protein powder and mutivit obviously.
with i'm up to that 10% i wanna lean bulk. (all pro carb meals) and then after that lean bulk cut and get to one digit 8-9% i don't want/need more.
