Well.. i noticed massive hair loss after the prop. cycle .. havent noticed any severe hair loss after the test E cycle tho... dunno why !! so anyhoo, one last question ( well not really last !!).. how often should i do cardio.?? too much cardio with low calories diet, wouldnt that cause loss in muscle ?? cuz i DO wanna burn fat and tone down, but still would like to have good sized muscles... i know i might be asking for too much here, but i see a lot of ppl transform their bodies in no time.. and i couldnt do that in a long time.. so, diet, workout, cardio and some juice !! one last thing, apparently chest is my ultimate weakness, as i was never able to develop nicely shaped chest... wouldnt the "that's it for chest" rule of urs get it worse ? thanx.
if u get the juice and u wanna d this th fastestway possible you cardio everyday...beware, ur protien intake must be sufice...hmb will help a lot...deplete ur carbs 2days a week..as for chest..try doing only dumbell press...warmup-10-8-8-6.nothing more! better yet decline press!i guaratee u it will get better..bro try it out..for a month and i m 100%sure u will develope chest..make sure you have a good shake the scond u finish chest wrkout..yewithat least 3gr carbs...only chet day

diet.. like we discussed as high protien intake/low carbs ( can u elaborate on the carbs intake pls ).. can u also pls give me an example of the workout routine .. how many muscles a day/ how many times a week/ high reps or low reps/cardio ( is it preferable to be after workout, foe how long)... any extra tips i could use..thanx ..
If you have to take the steroid route I would deffinetly recommend tbol. This is the best steroid for your goals. This will harden you up, dry you out, burn fat, and build muscle with little to no sides!! (for me atleast). I would run anywhere from 40 to 60mg/day for 4-6 weeks. Good Luck!
ok..carbs you should eat...oats, bananas, sweet potatoe,baked potatoe, brown rice...all good carbs..eat these up till your workout except for chest day where u will continue to eat carbs of these types till the after workout meal...last meal should aways be protien only..egg whites and yogurt...you workout...workout everyday...monday chest - triceps cardio...make sure u drink som liquid amino before cardio or take some hmb with it foreven better anti catabolism...tuesday, legs -leg curls and extensions-abbs-cardio....wed off(off day consume carbs only in the first 2meals the rest shouldbe veggiez and ***** complex with leanmeats...thursday back -biceps-abbs cardio....friday squat no cardio...sat shoulders no cardio...then repeat...after a month in your cyce do cardio everyday...when you do chest and triceps of back ad biceps make sure you only do 4sets of biceps and 4sets triceps...example...back, pull ups 3x10, dead lift wu-10-6-2-2 bar rows 3x10- bar curls 3-4 x 8reps....chest...do one exercise strt with bench press and switch off every 2-3 weeks to decline press and dumbel press-wu-10-8-8-6 then triceps either scullcrushers of wire pulldowns 10-8-8-8..thats it...intensity 1-1.5mins tops in betwen sets...sometimes on mondays try doing full upper body...start with pullups and then super set it with bench...then militry press superseted with bar rows, biceps superseted with triceps..then repeat and add in side laterals somewhere nthere..once u get a good overall pump stp there dont over do it..stop as oon as u get a good pump and can still feel your uscles squeezing when u flex. hit up cardio.
