Dinner is at home so double chicken is again another easy fix. the beer however is not all a joke. I have one 3 nights a week after mma and hockey.
This is adding alot of protein and it will put my macros up at closer to 55/ 25/ 20 pro/carb/fat. do you recommend this mix?
