    i just asked because the chicken shouldn't have alot of fat if you are cutting

    1pm turkey breast sandwich
    bulking you can get away with this IF you use whole wheat bread and load up on turkey, 50-60g of protein worth

    3pm workout

    which consists of what?
    2 scoops ultimate nutrition whey protien
    2 teaspoons peanut butter
    1 banana
    cut out the peanut butter, add another banana
    8pm dinner- steak or chicken breast and spinach
    not bad, i would add some healthy fats in here like peanut butter or fish oil, some cottage cheese would work well too

    I eat fish oil pills and ill get the cottage cheese....
