hey kats and reed..i'm sitting here in Carlsbad, CA at a beach resort with my mom and sister and nephew...having thanksgiving here...they got a small fitness area here so i got to workout tonight and then right after i jumped in the pool and then got in the jacuzzi...damn its nice here LOL
