Yes, I posted all this yesterday and appreciate your patience with my inability to absorb this info as quick as i should be. I know my bodyfat needs to go down big time first.
Just want to know the best product to use for what I am trying to achieve.

Right now I am at 194lbs. I want to get to around 220lbs by the end of Feburary. I need to do it in a way that produces as much lean muscle mass as possible.

I am 46. Train 5-6 times a week, one hour a day. Very limited cardio right now. Want to bulk up as much as possible. Was a Triathlete for years, always lifted weights as well. During Tri season weighed around 175-180. Once I laid off the cardio I put on weight, but now finding it very hard to get over the 193-195 hurdle. My bodyfat according to some here is high at around 18%.
My diet is 85-15. 85% good, 15% so so. I probably consume 150 grams protein a day. Finding it hard to eat more food than I do now.
