    Can it be just an exposure to cold weather and not chemical imbalance ?

    Sure it can, but if that's the case he should be able to re heat it back into solution, store it at room temp and not have any further issues of crashing weather filtered or not going by that theory....

    ALWAYS REFILTER ! U dont know what's swimming in there ! Maybe those are some dirt from unwashed vials or some crap from the rubber stopper ? Refiltering is MANDATORY! Because when u heat this stuff, its easier for small particles to be present ( heat , esp. 300F degrees isn't "stopper's" friend). Then if it goes in the needle and u inject it..............boo-boo might happen
