Is there a general rule for the amount of carbs pre post and ppwo?
I'm currently doing 50, 70, 50 but starting a clean bulk and feel I could probably bump at least pwo and ppwo..
I'm 6'7" 215 ~10% bf

Those are good numbers, but it's hard to know exactly what an individual's nutritional requirements are... If you think you'll benefit from bumpin up your carbs, then try it... If you start accumulating fat, then drop back to what you're currently taking in...
