I have no motivation to go to the gym today and have had zero energy in the gym for the last week. It is not good. The weird thing is before this week I was at my best ever in the gym and it all just vanished and hasn't come back.

You very well could be right, my joints and everything just feel like shit, only reason I don't want to stop is I was just beating my personal bests on almost every lift in the last while (up until a week ago), I don't wanna halt my progress. But if it hasn't felt right for the last week maybe I'll take a couple days off.
