No i know how you guys feel, i feel the same, LOW energy, joints feel real dry, low modivation. I'm def not over training, either, im' on cycle and only work out mon/wed/fri so i think its justthe change of seasons plus we're all prolly making our immune systems work overtime

doing fine. just had my first client who i'm doing his diet. I really worked on it. not like the morons that were before. i charged him ONLY 15 € PT charge 60.
I wanna make my clients and make them "advertise" me when they see the good results. BUtterfly effet baby. i charge 15 for a diet plan. and 10 for a rutine. Its veeeery cheap.

My physique is not imprevisve but my knowledge blows her out. now what she is now dieing. Crappy diets, crappy supplements, and moronic cycles have ended with her life at age 26.

I decided to go do back day regardless of my lethargy and shitty bowels (literally). Had low energy, so time between sets was longer; went heavy. Glad I got it outta the way, with moderate success.. Now I can look fowards to me off day tomorrow.

Okay so backing off from B5 megadose of 10g/day to like 6g/day for the next couple weeks. I think I dosed too much too early.
Oh yeah, and it didn't help that I had some of that "Smoothe Move" tea to help with my digestion after T-day. I thought it would help with the bloat. Instead I just got a real bad case of Mexican Poopie.

The food is what almost killed me. My clean weight lifting diet went right out the window. I was eating greasy tortillas, meat, cheese, and questionable guacamole and washing it all down with Tecate beer. After 3 days I felt like I was dying.
