    overall body weight not much diff, but leaned out a lot and clearly shows good changes. strength gains are def there.

    I def need to increase calories cause i feel like i'm cutting more than bulking--well, a little bulk

    but if i crank up my cals should do better. i've started pushing the meal frequency up.

    yeah, I don't think I'm getting fired or anything, having lunch with the man is stressful though. He'll ask all kinds of questions and stuff. My boss is a pretty important dude in a very big company. He makes 7 figures no prob.
