It's crazy what an elastic bandage and a minor knee brace does. It let's me run and do legs like I never broke my knee.
Fat and Happy? My diet's been 99% clean the past 3 months. Only exception was the box of Capt Crunch Berries I've chowed down on the past 2 days.

Yep go look at this one new kids thread First cycle. Does know much about training or dieting but is somehow 6'1'' 260 at 10% bf. Thats a little too unbelievable. Bet there lurking and watching how some flame people for their stats and now they know how to get the questions answered
I knew you were referring to this when you made that post. I read that sh*t too. And just the fact that he's saying 10-15% bf as a guess. With those stats, no real diet knowledge, and no cycling experience, I promise you he's probably closer to 20% bf is he's got the balls to post a pic.

i dont know why many people get so upset at them. it's better to just not respond if you think they fos rather than get steamed all the time, flame, etc.
ive been giving half answers or a yes or no just to get a response.. can learn more by their response usually then asking them straight out..gotta bait them in.. eventually they slip up.. lol
