dont really think 16 weeks is necessary first run and all.. 12 would be fine.
adex through cycle would be fine

well several people told me after 12 weeks is when the test really starts to kick in, so thats y they say do 16 weeks.

AI – The male body naturally wants a 10:1 ratio of testosterone to estrogen. Normal men have about 10mg and 1mg of estrogen every day. Testosterone is produced, and then converted into estrogen in the aromatize enzyme. After twelve wks is when it starts to level off and gains start too slow, so you were told wrong mate.
I would take whatever you read by 189 with a large pinch of salt.
