that's much cleaner than what i eat.
i put canola mayo in my tuna
and i eat an actual bun on my extra-lean burgers
I put just enough low fat mayo to cover the tuna in mine. Splattered with pepper and tapatio.
I use whole wheat buns when I use my 92% lean ground beef.

Evening all.
i'll eat five or six meals per day: either an extra lean burger, or three whole eggs added to a load of egg whites (egg beaters) with cheese, or a can of tuna. One of those meals is 16 oz Mass XXX (prot/carb) during workout, and Myoplex 42g prot (17 oz) PWO. also in the PWO hours will add potatoes or pasta to my burgers. half cup oats in the morning when i wake up. 16 oz whey before i go to bed. i drink a lot of sprite zero.

i've been lifting from May this year until now, very consistently the entire time, 5 to 6 days per week, about an hour each time.

I would personally lay off the diet sodas and aim for more h20, or even Crystal Light. And it also looks like you like to depend on the red meats. I personally opt more for the white meats. I go through more chicken breasts and fish, and ofc eggs.
I'm psyching myself up for dinner with my daughter's new boy friend. I don't like him, this will be tough.
And nice Scibble. The thing with me is, I'm blessed with a pretty fast metabolism, so when my diet is in check like it is now, it's pretty easy to keep my bodyfat levels below double digits. I'm probably around 8-9% right now.
