    My training is all cardio to cut some weight off-

    2 hours mostly jogging and boxing classes. Pretty high intensity with very small rest times. I have excellent endurance which is probably the only thing I have going for me.

    Honestly I would LOVE to switch out maybe 30-40 of the fat pounds with the muscle weight as well as cut about 20 of just solid mass.
    I would like to be 230-240.

    Anyway I have the information I need for now. I am going to put this on hold for a month and see where I am BF% and go from there.

    Why aren't you lifting? You stimulate a lot of growth hormone and other good physiological events when you lift weights. Its great for losing weight too.

    Besides I think if you are considering cycling, you should be lifting regularly. Your body needs to be accustomed to the constant beat down.

    "Switching" 20 lbs of fat for 20 lbs of muscle is not going to happen by being a cardio bunny. It's going to happen with a combination of proper diet, a lot of lifting, and a solid cardio regiment.
