My coach is actually the guy giving me the ''.....'' so i can workout...He said i should be ok for a cycle even tough he would like if i wait more...And he said that d-bol alone will help my gains but it will be pretty hard to keep my mass after...
I eat at lest 6 meals a day...
Eggs, rice, juice, milk, fuirts, vetetables, cheese, bread, spaghetti, beans, meat...Im always eating, it actually costs me A LOT of money lollll...
