Exactly. I've purposely tried to make some women percieve me as a friend only because I feel really bad about hurting feelings and making them feel rejected and it just made them try harder. I've tried self deprecating humor, talking about my exes, emphasizing my shortcomings, ect and it just worked like an aphrodesiac to them.
