I have found, if i keep my test lower...I can run really high doeses of 19-nor(deca,tren) with very little sides.....The higher my test is, the more i experience these sides....

All you really need is a hrt dosage of test to keep everything running properly, even if they were using 900mg of deca/week

There is a misconception, that you must run your test 2x that of your deca or tren....but this is very untrue...

This post makes alot of sense since estrogen is necessary for progesterone related sides associated with 19 nors(higher test = higher armitization even with estro control). i too never had issues with test lower than 19 nors...some cycle i run that way, some i dont but i never use that "rule' at all when setting up cycle ...i dont buy it.
